What is the Cancellation Policy?
All cancellation, rescheduling and change requests must be in writing (email or by post office) and received by The Overlook Inn 7 days in advance of check-in date to receive refund minus $50 cancellation fee.
No refunds or rebates will be made for reservations canceled, rescheduled or changed less than 7 days prior to check-in.
When reserving the entire Inn no refunds or rebates will be made for reservations canceled, rescheduled or changed less than 14 days prior to check-in.
No refunds or rebates will be made for no show guests, we are not responsible for guests unable to arrive or guests having to depart early for any reason.

When is Check-In? Can we check-in early or late?
Check-In is between 3:00pm – 8:00pm.
Early or late check-in is not available. Guests arriving after 8:00pm will incur a Late Check-In Fee starting at $50.
When is Check-Out? Can we have a late Check-Out?
The Overlook Inn does not offer a late Check-Out.
Can children stay at the inn?
Please note that each room has a maximum occupancy of 2 guests.
Are pets allowed at the inn?

Can we have breakfast in our room?
Our 3-course breakfast is served in our Common Room between 8:00am – 8:45am.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Please make a note on your reservation during booking or call the inn to advise of any dietary needs or restrictions and we will make every effort to accommodate those needs.
Is WiFi available at the inn?
Will we be able to watch sports games on TV at the inn?
Most other streaming apps are available to stream via sign in of the guest’s id and password only.
We do not have streaming service for any sports games including the Super Bowl, World Series, Stanley Cup or World Cup.
