Directions to The Overlook Inn

Take I-75 North to I-575 North.

Continue on I-575 until it turns into Highway 515, and continue to Ellijay.

Turn left at the Third Ellijay stop light (Hardees is on the left hand corner) and continue straight approximately 100ft until the road dead ends at a stop light.

Turn left at the light onto Highway 52 West and follow the 52 West signs through the Ellijay town square.

Continue on Highway 52 W for approximately 15 miles. When you see the sign for Global Youth Ministries, continue on Hwy 52 for another mile; you will see the Scenic Overlook on the right, and The Overlook Inn will be on the left hand side of the road.

Park anywhere in the parking lot that’s available, and come up the steps beside the sign that says Check In.

Go up the stairs and straight ahead to the office door, and we’ll get you settled in. (If the door is locked, come on over to the Inn, through the trellis. We may be assisting other guests.)

Take I-75 South to Exit #333.

Turn left and head East on Highway 52 to Chatsworth.

Once you get to Chatsworth, turn right onto Hwy 411 (McDonalds & Hardees {on you right} and Key West Inn {on you left} are on the corners).

Go about one half a mile on Hwy 411, then turn left on Hwy 52 (at the Kangaroo) and continue East on Highway 52 approximately 8 miles.

When you see the sign for Fort Mountain State Park on the left, continue on Hwy 52 for another 2 miles; you will see the Scenic Overlook on the left, and The Overlook Inn will be on the right hand side of the road.

Park anywhere in the parking lot that’s available, and come up the steps beside the sign that says Check In.

Take Hwy 9 West to Hwy 52 West and follow into Ellijay.

Follow the 52 West signs through the Ellijay town square.

Continue on Highway 52 West for 17 miles.
